HUB OF HOPE

At the Free, we value seeing people’s mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing renewed. Our Hub of Hope groups are all  safe, supportive spaces where it’s OK not to be OK and where you can grow and flourish.

For more details on how to attend or join these groups, get in touch with our office team!
